An agreement had long been reached between the two clubs and between the English side and the Brazilian midfielder, but after additional medical examinations today – Friday, July 10 – the Red Devils have decided not to proceed with the deal.

Manchester United had decided to further analyze the knee that caused problems for Ederson during the last season.
