The sports judge has confirmed the one-match suspension for Gianluca Gaetano, following the sending off at the end of Roma-Atalanta. The midfielder also received a 10,000 euro fine, for having “addressed the referee with a seriously disrespectful expression”.

Between Roma and Atalanta it was a high tension finale. At the final whistle, the protests of the Nerazzurri players erupted against the referee, for not recovering all the time lost during the long celebration for the Giallorossi’s winning goal. And just before heading down the tunnel to the locker rooms, referee Colombo showed the red card to Gianluca Gaetano, Atalanta’s midfielder.
